Ten species of Deconica and Psilocybe are reported from the Pampa and Atlantic Forest biomes of Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil. Deconica musacearum, a new introduced combination, is reported as new from Rio Grande do Sul. Psilocybe subaeruginascens, a hallucinogenic mushroom is reported as new from America.
