Entoloma tubaeforme is described from Nan’ao Island (Guangdong Province), south-eastern China. The new species is a greyish-brown infundibuliform taxon belonging to the Subgenus Omphaliopsis. Images of the basidiomata, illustrations of some microscopic features and a discussion related to the taxonomic delimitation of the new taxon are presented.
